Paul West Linger, Realtor

Paul Linger has been a residential real estate nut for the better part of his adult life.  Even in his early years he recognized the enjoyment it gave him when his parents would drive around town on the weekends looking at different homes and neighborhoods with admiration and interest in the construction phases of new new homes, the architectural styles, and overall curb appeal .

Having spent a majority of his adult life in Seattle he found himself drawn to a career in Health Care where he felt his efforts could directly help the lives of people within his community.  Serving as a Strategic Project Manager for one of Washington States largest employers, a non-profit healthcare consortium, Group Health Cooperative (Kaiser Permanente).

While advancing his skills for managing complex, fast moving projects in his day job, his fondness continued to grow for residential real estate having owned, fixed and sold multiple properties in the Pacific Northwest.  He and his husband eventually went on to design and build custom homes with their own two hands.  Having experience with classic architectural styles as well as modern and mid-century, Paul not only appreciates and understands architectural design concepts but has a good knowledge of what it actually takes to build a beautiful new home or reimagine a classic, from the ground up!

Having joined the Paul Kaplan Group in 2016, Paul now combines these skills and passions to help fulfill the real estate dreams of others!
