Jim has become a sought-after source for real estate services in the Coachella Valley since moving here in 2017 by representing sellers and buyers with their residential and income properties, whether they are seeking a year-round home, a seasonal escape or an investment. Professional, results-driven and always friendly, he provides full-service assistance and unparalleled guidance throughout each step of every transaction.

Before following his heart to Palm Springs with his husband and their rescue dog, Blondie, Jim enjoyed life along the East Coast, growing up in Charlotte, North Carolina and living in Boston and Atlanta at various times. He graduated from the University of North Carolina and has enjoyed a career in real estate that spans more than 30 years. Commercial real estate, specifically managing portfolios and immense transactions for large corporations on a global scale, was his speciality until he moved to the desert and discovered the rewards of helping others with residential properties.

Jim has fully embraced the enviable desert lifestyle, spending as much of his free time as possible enjoying the beauty of each season, hiking the area’s miles of trails, and exploring Palm Springs and the valley during memorable adventures with his family.

Meet George Klenkar

Real estate agent George Klenkar knows that the best way to provide personalized customer care is to let his clients know that they are understood and appreciated as unique individuals. Moving from Ohio to New York and then to California, one of George’s greatest life lessons was learning the value of adapting his approach as needed to successfully assist clients with a wide variety of needs while forging strong relationships along the way.

After graduating from New York City’s prestigious Columbia College, George quickly found his niche in luxury retail. He built a rewarding 27-year career at the famed Cartier jewelry house, where varying positions and projects took him all across the United States, Europe and Asia. His business travels gave him endless opportunities to provide service tailored to clients and colleagues from a wide array of backgrounds.

When George discovered Palm Springs and experienced the incredible beauty of the desert, he soon realized that he could translate his skills of service to the realm of real estate. He thrives on helping people feel understood when dealing with something as personal and important as buying or selling a home, and he finds the connections he makes to be deeply fulfilling.
