Paul Linger’s passion for residential real estate was sparked at an early age. When he was younger, he enjoyed riding with his parents as they drove around town on the weekends looking at different homes and neighborhoods. Paul instinctively admired the variety of architectural styles, he learned about the construction phases of new homes, and grew to greatly appreciate the value of genuine curb appeal.
As an adult living In Seattle, Paul’s desire to directly help the lives of others in his community led him to a career in healthcare, serving as a Strategic Project Manager for one of Washington State's largest employers; a non-profit healthcare consortium, Group Health Cooperative, now owned by Kaiser Permanente.
While advancing his skills for managing complex, fast-moving projects during his day job, Paul’s fondness for real estate continued to grow as he owned, improved and sold multiple properties in the Pacific Northwest. Paul and his husband eventually went on to design and build custom homes with their own two hands.
Today in Palm Springs, Paul has come full circle with a career that is still dedicated to helping others—only now he helps buyers find the home that ideally matches their lifestyle and sellers achieve their highest return. He has closed more than $50 million in residential sales since 2017 throughout the greater Palm Springs area. Paul’s rapidly expanding clientele not only relies on him to meet their real estate needs, they often refer others who will appreciate his knowledge, experience and personalized service.
Driven by a deep understanding that buying or selling a home is a life-changing experience and not merely a simple business transaction, Jim Caldwell is dedicated to providing exceptional, personalized service for all of his clients throughout the Greater Palm Springs area. He works relentlessly on their behalf to help them achieve and often surpass their real estate goals, drawing upon his broad knowledge of the market and process.
Jim has become a sought-after source for real estate services in the Coachella Valley since moving here in 2017 by representing sellers and buyers with their residential and income properties, whether they are seeking a year-round home, a seasonal escape or an investment. Professional, results-driven and always friendly, he provides full-service assistance and unparalleled guidance throughout each step of every transaction.
Before following his heart to Palm Springs with his husband and their rescue dog, Blondie, Jim enjoyed life along the East Coast, growing up in Charlotte, North Carolina and living in Boston and Atlanta at various times. He graduated from the University of North Carolina and has enjoyed a career in real estate that spans more than 30 years. Commercial real estate, specifically managing portfolios and immense transactions for large corporations on a global scale, was his speciality until he moved to the desert and discovered the rewards of helping others with residential properties.
Jim has fully embraced the enviable desert lifestyle, spending as much of his free time as possible enjoying the beauty of each season, hiking the area’s miles of trails, and exploring Palm Springs and the valley during memorable adventures with his family.
